OUR COMPANY / FAQ

A clearer
starting point.

A few answers about working together. For the details of your project, the best place to start is a conversation.

What does Aeternitas build?

We work across six connected disciplines: AI employees, payments, CRM and business systems, custom platforms, web and application development, and AI integration. A project may start with one or bring several together.

Is Aeternitas the same team as NovaWeb?

Aeternitas is the next chapter of NovaWeb. The new name reflects work that has grown beyond websites into connected platforms, payments and intelligence.

Can we start with something small?

Yes. A focused first release can be the right starting point. We identify a useful scope and the dependencies it needs, then plan the next stages around your priorities.

Can you work with our current systems?

We begin by reviewing the tools, data and integration options already in place. The aim is to decide what to retain, connect or rebuild based on the actual requirements.

How are pricing and timelines determined?

They depend on scope, integrations, content, data migration and the decisions needed along the way. These are discussed during discovery and set out in the project agreement.

What do you need from us to get started?

A description of the problem, the people affected and the systems involved is enough for an initial conversation. Existing examples, constraints and a target timeframe help make that conversation more useful.

Can you support a project after launch?

Ongoing maintenance, hosting and future development can be included in the scope. Responsibilities and the support arrangement are agreed for the project.

Will we be able to manage our content?

Publishing needs are discussed during scoping. Depending on the project, that can mean a content management interface, structured content maintained with the application, or integration with an existing publishing tool.

How do you approach permissions and business data?

We define the information each user or system needs, its ownership and the permitted actions. Access controls and important failure states are considered alongside the normal user journey.

Can design and development happen in stages?

Yes. We can agree a focused discovery or design phase, then use that work to make the next implementation scope concrete. Dependencies and responsibilities should be clear for each phase.

What happens when requirements change?

We review the effect on the agreed scope, dependencies and release priorities before adding the work. A shared view of the change makes the next decision easier.

Are the homepage demonstrations live products?

The interactive examples use fictional sample data to show how the pieces can connect. They do not process real payments, contact customers or change production business records.
