Northfield Processing

Project Overview

Northfield Processing needed a site that reads as credible and modern to a business owner comparing processors side by side — and that captures qualified leads without a third-party form service sitting in the middle of the pipeline. Nova delivered the whole thing: the design system, the marketing site, a self-serve blog, and an authenticated admin area where the team works its own leads.

The service story is split across a summary grid and dedicated pages per service, so a merchant researching cash discount or chargeback management lands somewhere specific rather than on a catch-all page.

Lead Capture

Two entry points feed one pipeline. A general contact form handles broad enquiries; a free-consultation request asks for company, website, and processing type up front, so the sales team knows the vertical before the first call. Both are rate-limited server-side, and every submission lands in an admin dashboard where leads are triaged by status — no export step, no external CRM subscription.

Design & Build

The interface is deliberately restrained: near-black surfaces, one lime accent doing all the emphasis work, and heavy Inter display type. GSAP drives the scroll reveals, counter animations, and testimonial carousel. Underneath it is a typed Vue 3 front end over an Inertia-driven Laravel 13 backend, with hardened response headers and SSL on a dedicated server.
